Inspection:

To assure the right materials, the quality, the packaging, and any other necessities ordered by the client, Aliasia monitors the production process before, during and after the production.

In the Pre – Production Inspection Aliasia checks Production Capacity, Production Techniques, Quality Control Practices, Machinery and Equipment, as well as Raw Materials and Components that will be used in the process. All this before the mass production is initiated.

During – Production Inspection consists in visually checking the semi – finished products, check the accuracy of the production methods, check random samples, check packaging details and packaging materials. All this to evaluate the status of the manufacturing process.

Finally, when the merchandise is complete and packed Aliasia does a Pre – Shipment Inspection, randomly checking some of the finished goods using statistical sampling techniques according to ISO 2859, to verify aspects such as Quality, Styles, Colors, Materials, Size, Package, Safety, and Shipping Mark. All this to verify that the finished shipping lots are correct according to the client’s specifications.
